About Russell Stubbs

Russell Stubbs is a therapist and health coach who lives in Wales, Great Britain. Early on, he became interested in alternative methods for increasing health and well-being, and started out as a craniosacral therapist. But some of his clients, often those who suffered from illnesses like CFS/ME or Fibromyalgia, didn’t get any permanent improvement of their condition from his treatment.

Russell was intrigued by this and started investigating why these clients weren’t receptive to the treatment he offered. He read a lot about the connection between body and mind, and he trained to be an NLP-therapist, a clinical hypnotherapist, and a Lightning Process coach. He saw that these methods were useful in many cases, but he felt that something was missing, since some of his clients still didn’t get a permanent improvement of their condition.

Russell had begun using methods like Yoga, Tai Chi / Qigong and meditation for his own well-being, and noticed that they were very beneficial. So he presented some simple breathing and relaxation techniques to his clients, which they used with very good results.

Russell discovered that it was the combination of techniques that he taught that made his clients return to health and well-being in a reliable and rapid way. Just using one single method as he did before had had a more random effect; sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't.

Eventually, Russell developed the three-part method that he is now teaching his clients. His method focuses on three areas: the physical, the emotional, and the psychological. Approaching the problem from three directions, you cover all aspects of the underlying causes, and that way the problem can be overcome.

According to Russell, we are self-healing organisms. If healing doesn’t occur spontaneously, we need to look at what’s in the way, and find methods to resolve it.

Russell has been working with helping people back to health for more than 12 years now, and with specific conditions like CFS/ME and other similar illnesses for the past 8 years. He has helped hundreds of clients of all ages, from 12 years old to 70 years old, so he is definitely an expert in this area.

Since Russell is mostly giving online courses over the internet, he has clients all over the world: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, New Zeeland, Australia, U.S.A., China, Spain, Poland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, and a great number from the U.K. The only thing you need is a computer with an internet connection.

Included in the course fee are also a number of follow-up calls with Russell, which are extremely helpful. Partly because you feel a greater motivation to really use the techniques and not just let it slip between your fingers, partly to consciously acknowledge the progress you are making, and also to discuss and get help with any difficulties or challenges you might come across.

The Norwegian magazine Hjemmet had an article about Russell Stubbs and some of his techniques in 2009. The article is unfortunately not on the internet, but you can e-mail them and ask to get a pdf copy. The article was in Hjemmet 20/2009, and was headlined "Her er övelsene som gir mindre stress" ("Here are the techniques that reduce stress").

I'm immensely happy and grateful that I found FatigueGuide.com and Russell Stubbs, he has such a deep knowledge about these conditions, and his holistical approach suits me perfectly.

The techniques and processes that Russell teaches are easy to learn and to use, anyone can do it. But, this is not a quick fix. I don't think that there will ever be a quick fix for these conditions, it just doesn't work that way. It takes commitment and persistence to get results. But once you start seeing improvements (and you will, very quickly), that is not a problem. Continuing with doing something that you clearly notice is beneficial for you is just common sense. It would be crazy not to, especially when the alternative is being stuck in that awful state of fatigue.
